Cancellation Policy

[:en]If your travel plans have changed, you can cancel your booking and refund amount is dependent on the day of request.
If your cancellation is four days or more prior to the tour date, you will receive a FULL refund. If cancellation is made within 2 – 3 days, 50% of the total paid amount will be refunded.
If your cancellation is a day prior to the tour date, there will be no refund on the payment as all arrangements have been made to ensure a comfortable session for all other guests.

Note: Cancellation date and time follows GMT +8, which is the timezone where DurianBB Malaysia operates in. Please allow 2-5 working days to process and confirm your cancellation request. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.[:zh]如果您的旅行計畫有所更改，您可選擇取消預訂，而申請退款的總額是由取消日期而定。
如果您在出發的4天前取消預訂，您將獲得100%的退款。如果您在2-3天前取消預訂，您將會獲得50%的退款。
如果您在出發前一天或當天取消預訂，您將無法退款。

提示：取消訂單的時間將以GMT +8為標準。本公司需要2-5工作日處理取消的預訂。當取消預訂的申請被批准，您將會在14工作日內收到退款。[:]
